Perast is a beautiful Baroque waterfront village which flourished in the
17th century as it boasted four busy shipyards. Now a quaint busy little
town filled with accommodation, restaurants and tourist shops. Picture
perfect, we followed the waters edge snapping photos in every direction. In
the bay sit the 2 small islands we saw during sail in, one natural and the
other man made. Upon them sit 2 beautiful churches which can only be
reached by boat. The most recognisable being Our Lady of the Rock.
