photos of the most interesting ones. Our biggest mistake . changing our
minds about taking our swimmers and going for a dip. We were concerned about
leaving our bags unattended, but I guess we could have travelled light.
The town was abuzz, as today Croatia was playing England in the World Cup
semi-final. Big screens were set up in the main square, shirts, scarfs and
hats were on sale for the faithful. It was not surprising walking into a
shop or passing a restaurant playing the team anthem. Unfortunately we will
be long gone before the game starts, not sure why considering we have lost
our morning in Venice and are not arriving till 1pm instead of the original
7 am. Really Princess a 4pm sail away.. We could cruise to Venice and back 3
times in the time we have got!!!
