31c Southampton - Arundel - Jousting 2

With England in the midst of a heatwave it was certainly hotter than we had
anticipated it to be. We felt sorry for the Jousters, as this was a real
event and they were wearing real full armour.
If you had seen the movie, we had the equivalent of Geoffrey Chaucer
humouring and revving up the crowd. Musicians playing their pipes and
drums.
