32 c Cobh - The Rob Roy

After a quick lunch we headed back to the train station for our return trip.
On arrival the rain was torrential in Cobh. So, like everyone else we took
refuge in one of the local pubs. Well the Rob Roy to be exact, the same pub
we manage to spend many hours last year. Like rats to the pied piper, live
music attracted everyone who walked by into this small establishment. The
variety of beers on tap kept them there.
Having previously sailed away in the late afternoon, our 11pm departure
stole the charm of having all of the villagers waving from every vantage
point along the waterfront, while the band played and the last of the
passengers scurried on board. And yet another great day.
