time we returned. The free circus had just ended, and everyone had gathered
as far as the eye could see in front of the ship. And just when we thought
our day couldn't get any better Quebec had one more surprise for us. On the
river just in front of the bow of the ship the skies exploded with a
magnificent display of fireworks.
Explosions of colour filled the sky in time with music that blared in the
background. We had the best seats in the house - we oohed and ahhed as the
rockets shot into the sky and returned to earth in a shower of glowing
lights. And as if on cue, the light show ended and we pulled up our lines
and sailed off to our next adventure.
